Partners, Gloria Armfield, Carole Miller and Ruth Ripley, in business since l974,  founded Armfield, Miller & Ripley in 1991. Since that time, the partners have merged with Washington Fine Properties in Washington, D.C.  Armfield, Miller & Ripley Fine Properties has evolved into a worldwide network serving an international customer base. We provide brokerage, marketing and consulting services for luxury residential properties including estates, farms of all size, and resorts in markets around the world. We offer buyers access to distinctive properties in both domestic and foreign real estate markets. Throughout the network, sellers have access to a unique group of potential buyers.

            We are staunch and loyal supporters  of the Piedmont Environmental Council. Through the Piedmont Environmental Council and many other noteworthy organizations, the partners have been active and involved with preservation of thousands of acres in the Piedmont area.

            We are well known for our knowledge of the Virginia Hunt Country. The partners have been involved with the listing and/or sale of major estates, small farms, and village properties for over 35 years.
